Welcome to RealtyDino. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.realtydino.com and related services (“Service”) provided by RealtyDino Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

RealtyDino provides an online platform to discover, view, and inquire about residential and commercial property listings, and to connect users with property owners, agents, and builders. Additional services (consulting, inspections, premium listings) may be offered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • Some features may require account creation. Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

4. Property Listings & Information

Listings are provided by third-party sellers, agents and builders. RealtyDino aims to verify listings but does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability. Prices, measurements and details are indicative — independently verify critical information.

5. Inquiries, Visits & Transactions

When you contact an agent or book a visit you may be sharing contact details with third parties. Any transaction or contract for purchase/rent is directly between you and the seller/agent. RealtyDino is not a party to purchase contracts unless expressly agreed.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain services may be chargeable. Fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where expressly stated; third-party vendor refund policies apply for their services.

7. User Content & Conduct

You may submit content (reviews, images). You grant RealtyDino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, graphics, logos and code are owned or licensed by RealtyDino. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without written consent. To report IP concerns, contact us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RealtyDino disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation or accuracy of third-party listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyDino and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower (subject to applicable law).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RealtyDino harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or other reasons. Termination does not relieve accrued obligations prior to termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Parties should attempt good-faith negotiation before court proceedings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
